Little Planet

Tony Robert Allen

I'm sorry, what were you sayin'?
I was noticing the play of light at the bottom of my glass
You asked me what was I thinkin'
I was thinking 'bout the way each moment melts into the past

I'm sorry I seem to be distracted so easily
But does anyone see what I see?

When it's all fallin' apart and nothin's goin' my way
And I can hardly stand it
I remember we're all floating through the Milky Way
Here on this little planet
All of my problems look so small
And I'm just glad to be here at all
So I breathe in and keep on believin' that
To be at all's a miracle

Hey, can I have your attention?
Tell me what do you hеar when all the music fades away?
Did you ever see that photograph
A pale blue dot suspended in a solar ray?

I'm sorry I see to be distracted so darn easily
But does anyone else see what I see?

When it's all fallin' apart and nothin's goin' my way
And I can hardly stand it
I remember we're all floating through the Milky Way
Here on this little planet
All of my problems look so small
And I'm just glad to be here at all
So I breathe in and keep on believin' that
To be at all's a miracle

I'm sorry I seem to be distracted so easily
But does anyone else think this is crazy?

When it's all fallin' apart and nothin's goin' my way
And I can hardly stand it
I remember we're all floating through the Milky Way
Here on this little planet
All of my problems look so small
And I'm just glad to be here at all
So I breathe in and keep on believin' that
To be at all's a miracle
