Wooden House

Patrícia Scoralick

I decided to build
A different kind of place
Where I design a world
That brings us nothing but good

And there, too, I'll create
A sunny, green little nook
Where only goodness has a place
And the rest is left behind

A little wooden house
With no bars or fences
Just a lawn all around
And a beautiful view

A lovely garden
For tending to the flowers
Swinging in the hammock
Sipping coffee at a leisurely pace

A large table with plenty of room
To welcome the whole family
Spending afternoons to the sound of voice and guitar
In a great circle of warmth and joy

I decided to build
A different kind of place
Where I design a world
That brings us nothing but good

I decided to build
A different kind of place
Where I design a world
That brings us nothing but good

A lovely garden
For tending to the flowers
Swaying in the hammock
Sipping coffee at a leisurely pace

I decided to build
A different kind of place
Where I design a world
That brings us nothing but good

I decided to build
A different kind of place
Where I design a world
That brings us nothing but good
